Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping Wrengineering.com .  Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

We currently use USPS to ship our products. Shipment processing time
  • All "in stock" orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Any items "out of stock" or "backorder" will have an estimated time until inventory is replenished in the item's description. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We do not mark-up shipping costs. The shipping charges are pulled directly from USPS.
  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
The following delivery estimates may vary depending on your location. USPS Retail Ground = 2 to 8 business days. USPS Priority Mail = 1 to 3 business days USPS Priority Mail Express = Overnight/1 to 2 business days.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

  • Wrengineering ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses using USPS.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

  • Wrengineering is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

  • Wrengineering is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Return Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Wrengineering.com

Return Eligibility

  • You have ​30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. This may be extended during holidays.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. No scratches marks etc.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.

Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are nonrefundable. The cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you are returning a product due to our mistake (wrong product, defective, etc.) we will gladly pay shipping costs.

Inspection

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. 
  • We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Refunds

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
  • You will receive the credit as fast as possible, depending on your card issuer's policies.
